Boss Lady Bags offers standard shipping service.  Items may not always be shipped together or received at the same time.  Items are only shipped Monday - Friday.  Please allow 7 - 10 business days for standard shipping.   Shipments outside of the United States and to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional delivery charge.

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.  If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the rates apply for each address.

Shipping fees are as follows:

Orders under $75 -  Shipping is $6.40

Orders over $75.01 - Shipping is FREE

Orders to Canada, Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii - Shipping is $16.40

Orders outside US, Canada, and Mexico - Shipping is $20.00

Return Policy

Items returned within 30 days are eligible for a full refund, less handling fees. We will gladly take exchanges for up to 60 days after a purchase.
